Red Cedar focuses on opportunistic acquisitions of single-family property portfolios, distressed land and lot positions, and turnaround multi-family apartments.  Deal sizes on property portfolios range from $1mm to $50mm. RCR targets acquisitions in primary and secondary markets in the Southeast United States and Texas. 



Development & New Construction Housing

Since 2003, the principals of Red Cedar have developed land, managed multi-family portfolios, developed adaptive re-use housing, completed condo conversions, and built single-family housing.  Each success has been the result of an opportunistic acquisition where Red Cedar has been able to add value through its expertise.  



Brokerage & Transition Management

Red Cedar owns and operates a network of licensed real estate brokerages throughout the Southeast and Southwest.  Agents at Red Cedar Residential specialize in distressed property sales, auction sales, property management, and leasing.
