Development & New Construction
Since 2003, the principals of Red Cedar have developed land, managed multi-family portfolios, developed adaptive re-use housing, completed condo conversions, and built single-family housing. Each success has been the result of an opportunistic acquisition where Red Cedar has been able to add value through its expertise. Most recently, Red Cedar has purchased single-family lots in the southeast and Texas to build new construction housing for rentals.
